Writing should be fun. Because I have no intention of letting blogging take over my life, posts on this site are probably going to be a bit sporadic. If something moves me to write about it, I will. I read a lot, and watch quite a few films and TV. I am quite passionate about cinema, and occasionally feel the need to sing the praises of films I think are particularly noteworthy, or pour vitriol over those I feel are an insult to the cinema-going public. My particular favourite genre is horror, hence the name of the site. Hopefully some of what’s written here will make sense. If it doesn’t, please accept my apologies and move on…
